In 2017, I completed my certificate in Grief and Loss Counselling. In 2018, I completed my certificate in Trauma, Grief, and Loss in Children, solely with the notion of becoming a counselor. However, these two courses opened up many wounds in my life experiences and provided so much healing that I decided to focus on becoming a writer/storyteller instead.
